Before you get in touch
What information should I include in my enquiry?
Where the building is, which system is involved, and what is actually happening. If you know the make or age of the equipment, or there are access constraints we should plan around, include that too. If you are not sure what the problem is, describe the symptom and we will work it out from there.
Can I contact Tekno Group about a problem in an existing building?
Yes. Most of our work is in buildings that are already occupied and already running, rather than new construction on an empty site. An existing constraint or a system that is not behaving is a normal reason to get in touch.
Do you work in occupied buildings?
Yes. Occupied buildings are the normal case for us, not a special one. Access, shutdown windows and coordination around the people using the space are planned into the work from the first conversation.
Can I send drawings or equipment information?
Yes. Mention in your enquiry that you have drawings, photographs or equipment details and we will tell you where to send them. Please do not attach files to the form itself.
Do you work on residential projects?
Yes, alongside our commercial work. Commercial and institutional buildings came first and remain the core of what we do, and the residential side grew out of that.
What areas do you serve?
Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Staying inside one region is what lets us turn up when we say we will and know the building before we arrive.
