The buildings we work in
The same team plans commercial and residential work across Toronto and the GTA. The constraints differ; the method does not.

Useful after the installation, not only during it
Maintenance and troubleshooting run across everything we install. Much of our work is on systems already in service — some we installed, some we did not.
- Testing and fault-finding — intermittent faults, breaker problems and lost power traced to the actual cause.
- Panels and distribution — inspection, maintenance and correction of what is already in place.
- Safety systems — alarms, emergency lighting, grounding and protective devices.
- Occupied buildings — work scheduled around operating hours and agreed access windows.

Can you take on several of these services on one project?

Do you install EV chargers?
Yes. We assess what the electrical service can support, install the chargers and the supply to them, and set out what is required if capacity has to be increased.
Do you work in occupied buildings?
Yes. Access hours, shutdown windows and staging are agreed before work starts, and existing systems are kept in service wherever possible.
Do you take on residential work?
Yes. Electrical, mechanical and cabling work in homes, renovations and additions is handled by the same team as our commercial work.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Planned maintenance and troubleshooting are available across all of our service areas, including on systems installed by others.
Can you work on a system someone else installed?
Yes. We can assess, test and document an existing installation before extending or correcting it, and we will tell you where it cannot support what is needed.
